We all have tough days, and Gods Word has the power to lift our spirits! On my cell phone, in notes, I have encouraging verses to refer back to and think about throughout the day.
Here are a few, and I pray the lifter of your head (Jesus) speaks through His words, right to your heart!
But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. -Psalm 3:3
Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. -Psalm 36:5
Be strong and courageous, the Lord is with you wherever you go. -Joshua 1:9
Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever. -Psalm 23:6
I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance! (To the full, until it overflows) -John 10:10
Thank you for responding to me; you’ve truly become my salvation! The stone the masons discarded as flawed is now the capstone! This is GOD’s work. We rub our eyes- we can hardly believe it! This is the very day GOD acted- let’s celebrate and be festive! Salvation now, GOD. Salvation now! Oh yes, GOD- a free and full life! Psalm 118:24
One thing God has taught me through His Word is that salvation begins right now, not just when your time is up here on earth. This is great news! We are offered life how God has it, right now. Celebrate knowing you are offered a free and full life today, thanks to His amazing grace!
I find that when I keep my mind on God throughout the day, making it a priority, my days are full of joy and peace. I’m more grateful, my steps have purpose, and fear melts away. I pray the same for you as you go about your day! Draw near to Him today, and experience His presence like never before!
This has been a great reminder message to refer back to from time to time. I had it on my computer desktop for awhile! I hope this will fill you with Truth today, so you can go about your day empowered knowing exactly who you are.
I currently have this verse as my ‘home screen’ on my cell phone. No coincidence there, I believe He wants me to keep saying this to myself, to KNOW it in my Spirit.
No matter what the world says, or what I may think about myself sometimes, my God sees me as beautiful! It doesn’t say ‘He calls me beautiful one… when I do everything right, when I am perfect for Him, when I wear the right size’. No. He calls you BEAUTIFUL one, ALWAYS. Even right now, just as you are.
Stand on His Word,
He calls you beautiful one. XO
